At Begad, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of placing your order. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return. Whether a product can be returned is clearly stated on its product page, so please review these details before completing your purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, go to My Orders in your account. There you'll find the return details and instructions for each eligible order.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• The sealed box must not be opened.
• The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Begad reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions — including products that are damaged or have had their sealed box opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
