في بيجاد، نريدك أن تتسوق بثقة. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا عن مشترياتك، فقد تكون مؤهلاً لإعادتها بموجب الشروط أدناه.

نافذة الإرجاع

You may request a return within 7 days of placing your order. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

الأصناف غير القابلة للإرجاع

Some items are not eligible for return. Whether a product can be returned is clearly stated on its product page, so please review these details before completing your purchase.

كيفية طلب الإرجاع

To start a return, go to My Orders in your account. There you'll find the return details and instructions for each eligible order.

شروط الإرجاع

لكي يتم قبول العناصر المرتجعة، يجب أن تستوفي الشروط التالية:

• The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• The sealed box must not be opened.
• يجب أن يتضمن العنصر جميع العبوات والملحقات والوثائق الأصلية.

Begad reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions — including products that are damaged or have had their sealed box opened.

المبالغ المستردة

بمجرد استلام الإرجاع وفحصه، سنخطرك بالموافقة على رد المبلغ المدفوع أو رفضه. ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة التي تمت الموافقة عليها في غضون 7 أيام عمل إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
